Return Policy
This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
In the case of a damaged or missing item, only a replacement will be provided. Returns and refunds are not applicable.
You will need to share the image of the item and its defects through e-mail for a replacement.
What do we need?
Please provide the order number and image of the product incase anything is missing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to us at waveearplugs@gmail.com
Refund
We do not do refunds and we only do exchange of the products which are damaged or if any item is missing
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at waveearplugs@gmail.com and send your item to our warehouse location communicated by us over mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Clearance Sale Policy
No Returns: All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for clearance sale items.
No Warranty: Clearance items are sold without warranty coverage.
Pre Order: No Items will be returned or refunds for Pre order
